This week I went in to Davenport Customs to have a UNAVI CarPlay system installed in my 2016 Touareg. Everyone I encountered during my visit was very professional and welcoming. Once the install was completed (in the time quoted) both the young woman managing the office and the young man who completed the installation walked me through setting up the connection with my iPhone, making sure I was ready to use it, before I checked out and paid. Since then it has worked beautifully (I’m thrilled to have my music and maps set up in a hands free voice prompted system again). I highly recommend this business and would definitely use them again.

I feel like this experience needs to be shared. I called Davonport Customs to ask about window tinting, expecting a basic level of customer service like a price range, availability, or at least general information. Instead, I was told that no details could be given unless I first made a deposit. When I asked simple questions like the next available appointment, I was again told that information couldn’t be shared without paying upfront. The only thing offered was a link to send pictures, still without any transparency around pricing or scheduling. That’s not how most reputable businesses operate. What made this experience more frustrating is that I contacted several other tint shops afterward, and every single one of them was able to provide clear quotes, timelines, and helpful information without requiring any kind of deposit just to talk. That contrast really highlights how poor this interaction was. Customer service matters, especially for first time clients. This felt dismissive, unhelpful, and unprofessional. I would strongly recommend others do their research and consider businesses that are willing to communicate openly before asking for money upfront. *called on 3/30/20

Professional, friendly and great prices on their services. They installed custom fit seat covers in my vehicle and I loved the new look. Dont hesitate to use these guys they know how to treat customers and get the job done in a timely manner.

Took my ride for tinting service, nice lounge, courteous, informative staff. Had a slight issue on my older car rear window (dot matrix) after I got home the tint came off that small section. The tech corrected the issue promptly free of charge and now over a year later I’m still good to go. I’ll be back and I’d recommend services from these kind people for sure.

This guys were great. I had to come in to get one window glass tinted, it was nothing to them. They usually just take you in with appointments, but they made an exception on me and took me in same day service because it was something small. They did a great job super fast efficient with high-quality they are definitely good if you need any Customization on your car or truck they offer great service.
